New Albany's mix of historic Mansion Row homes, mid-century neighborhoods, and newer hilltop developments means every backyard is a little different. We've built sheds in tight downtown lots, on the hillsides up by Silver Hills, and on the flatter ground out toward Grant Line — all framed on-site, no oversize delivery truck needed.
Garden sheds, lofted storage barns, and detached workshops are the most common requests in New Albany. We tailor footprint and door placement to fit the older, narrower lots near downtown as easily as the larger yards in newer Floyd County subdivisions.
Historic-district homes near downtown New Albany often have alley access, low utility lines, and mature trees that make a shed delivery genuinely impossible. Building on-site means we work around all of that — no cranes, no clearance issues, no scuffed siding on neighboring homes.
New Albany is about a thirty-minute drive from our Charlestown shop. Free on-site quotes are scheduled within a week, and most builds wrap in two to four working days. Material drop-offs are coordinated to fit narrow city streets.
